Learning Maya: UVs

First, select the model with object mode, after this you can select UV viewer/selector.















secondly, using the UV viewer you create a shell using Planar from the x axis.












After this you can cut & sew, with the mode: UV shell you can select the model and move it over. The final step is to unfold the UV shell, select them with the UV shell mode and press CTRL & U.
